The white tuna fillet is one of the emblematic products of our company. We hand-cut the most select slices and fillets from the upper part of the tuna, close to the head and known as the "cogote", and we offer it as a product of special juiciness, filleted and packed at mano.Con with the aim of offering an unequalled flavor as is that of the congote of white tuna, for its fresh preparation we only use tuna from the Cantabrian Sea in the summer season.
