OBEDORM PLUS 30 CAPS

It is a food supplement in capsules with tryptophan and melatonin. Melatonin helps to reduce the time needed to fall asleep and contributes to alleviate the subjective feeling of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 1 mg of Melatonin shortly before going to sleep. It is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg to be taken shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel, and a few days after arrival at destination.

How to use:

It is recommended to take 30 minutes before bedtime with a glass of water or infusion.
