The story
There has always been a white wine in our offer, the blend of which has varied over the years. In the 80's we made a wine only from the Viura variety. When the Chardonnay variety was approved by the appellation, we included a percentage because it brings aromatic benefits and in the 90s we decided to include a small percentage of Muscat, because it brings tropical aromas, which make the perfect combination. Today, Ochoa Calendas White is made with the 3 varieties and a lot of care.
Recommended temperature: serve at 8ºC-10ºC.
