The Sweet Wine Ochoa Moscatel of the Bodegas Ochoa with D.O. Navarra is made from 100% Moscatel de Grano Menudo grapes.
The origins of Bodegas Ochoa date back to 1845, the family tradition continues today with the marriage of Javier Ochoa and Mariví Alemán, with their daughters Adriana and Beatriz, winemaker and marketing and sales manager respectively.
The Ochoa Moscatel is made exclusively with Moscatel grapes of small grain, harvested by hand, using only the must flower with a fermentation at low temperature and cold stop, obtaining a sweet white Moscatel wine with a balance between sugars and acidity.
