On the palate, it is mainly sweet, with a slight spiciness and bitterness. Aromas of freshly cut grass with hints of tomato, almond, fennel, and nuts.
The overall result is very harmonious and balanced, quite enjoyable for many consumers.
Pairing: It is highly recommended for use raw in dishes that require flavoring such as salads, grilled vegetables, marinating, sauces like mayonnaise, aioli, and vinaigrette; cold creams (salmorejos and gazpachos); pastry doughs and acidic tropical fruits. Also for stir-fries, paellas, and rice dishes in general.
