Mas Montseny's "PADRINO" oil is a selection of some of the most centenary arbequina olive trees of the Camp de Tarragona. After waiting a year, the four selected centenary farms with excellent plant health have all harvested the same day and have been quickly taken to the mill to extract a great extra virgin. The fact that the olive tree is very old gives it a very marked fruity plus obtaining a spectacular oil with an acidity of only 0'1º. In addition, it is kept in optimal conditions, at a stable temperature and without oxygen to ensure the highest quality until the moment of serving
