Multiple culinary uses

Olíquida is an ideal complement for all kinds of savory dishes and has countless uses in the world of cooking: It can be used as a dressing to accompany salads, rice, pasta, meats, fish, hamburgers, sandwiches, etc. We can season our dishes with the sauce as it is or we can emulsify it with olive oil, soy sauce, or Ponzu sauce, turning it into a delicious vinaigrette. We can also use it as an ingredient when preparing a homemade sauce like mayonnaise. Any of the three varieties (original, piparra, and chipotle) will serve us, if we want to go for a strong olive flavor. The new brand is also suitable for cooking. Being a product that can be heated, we can use it in all our recipes. It pairs perfectly with meats, fish, and vegetables. With them, we can turn sautéed peas into a dish worthy of a chef, and the chipotle variety is ideal for surprising our guests and preparing spicy sauces, like the typical Italian puttanesca sauce, to accompany any pasta dish.

The idea for creating this product, in collaboration with Albert Adrià, arose during the pandemic. Adrià helped develop the entire creative process of the innovative product, advising on the most suitable flavors and contributing to the elaboration of the sauce recipes.
