PROCESS DESCRIPTION
Reception of olives, cleaning, washing and weighing, for later milling in less than 1 hour from reception. Beating of the dough and obtaining extra virgin olive oil through centrifugation. Finally, the resulting extra virgin olive oil is filtered and stored in inertized tanks, for later packaging.
