Oloroso "Cuco" of Barbadillo - 75 cl

Odorosos are vocational wines: the special structure shown by the Palomino fina musts from the beginning, advises tasters to classify them for oxidative ageing from the start. The initial heading at 18% vol. of alcohol prevents the development of the flor veil, so the wine ages exposed at all times to the slow action of oxygen.

The Oloroso Seco is a dry wine that is aged in the bottle at 18% vol. of alcohol

The Oloroso Seco Cuco, for its complexity, tastiness and great structure, combines very well with mushroom dishes, game and jellied meats.
