Extra virgin olive oil, made with early harvested olives carefully selected and collected during the coolness of the night. Through mechanical processes, with milling in less than 5 hours, we obtain this pure and authentic olive juice, with a medium-high fruity taste and a light bitterness and spiciness. Upon entering the mouth, it is sweet, giving way to retro-nasal notes of fruit puree and freshly cut grass. The immediate sensations are of banana and green apple. It leaves a taste of green nuts and perfectly ripe tomato. It is an extra virgin olive oil with a very striking fruity taste for being an Arbequina variety. It is elegant, complex, and balanced.
