Orache Rosé

The Orache ROSÉ of Bodegas Alodia, like the rest of the Orache range, aims to produce pleasant and versatile wines. The grapes are harvested at night so that they enter the winery at the lowest possible temperature, which allows the cold maceration to take place after destemming. The wine ferments at low temperature which favours the preservation of the primary aromas

The intensity of the red colors carries over to the nose and mouth in the form of strawberries and raspberries. Balanced acidity, it is sweet and fresh. Suitable for drinking and various pairings ranging from vegetables and white fish to grilled red meats or vegetable dishes
