Tellicherry black pepper is a pepper from the Malabar coast of Kerala, India. They are considered the most beautiful peppercorns in India and especially one of the few pepper appellations that people know.
This pepper has a particularly sweet taste, and there are fruity and grassy aromas through citrus and pine, but above all a beautiful radiant freshness. The sweet and balanced flavor and its complex aromas make it an excellent pepper.
