Celeriac comes from the Mediterranean Area. The main countries from which we import celery are France, Holland, England. Without forgetting the Spanish origin

Appearance

Celeriac resembles chard. Its leaves are green in color and its stalks are green near the leaf and whiter as it moves away from them.

There are three main types of celery, white, green and yellow
