PROPERTIES

• A serving of our organic energy muesli with nuts (60-80g) contains a large amount of proteins, vitamins, carbohydrates, lipids, and minerals. It is considered a very complete food, both for adults and children.
• This nutritious and energizing combination of cereals and nuts, along with plant-based milks, provides a great amount of energy and a good number of health benefits: insoluble fiber strengthens intestinal transit; the mixture of fresh fruit and cereals benefits the flora.
• Whole grains provide vitamins from the B group, essential for obtaining energy from food; they also have high levels of Omega 3 fatty acids, important for maintaining a healthy heart.

PREPARATION

• Eat it as you would with any cereal. You can add 1/2 cup of your favorite milk to the same amount of muesli in a bowl. If you want to enhance your bowl of muesli, chop 1/4 cup of your favorite fresh fruit or add some frozen fruit to make a cold treat.
• Another excellent method to change the texture of your muesli is to soak it overnight in milk, yogurt, or another beverage of your choice. Add equal parts of muesli and milk to a bowl, cover it, and refrigerate it overnight.
