Sweet fermented pastry dough made with Natural Spelt Sourdough, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Eggs, Whole Cane Sugar, Whole Spelt Flour (flours with its germ). It is presented individually in a mold.
  • ECOLOGICAL: Made with 100% organically produced ingredients and packaged in 100% recyclable polypropylene
  • FULL FLOUR: Made with Whole Spelt Flour, these are flours with its germ and without added bran.
  • NATURAL SOURDOUGH DOUGH: Made with Natural Sourdough cultivated and cared for in the workshop by our Master Bakers, with which we get a pleasant bread in both textures and flavors. We always use whole wheat flour for its elaboration.
  • LONG-LASTING: Packaged in a protective atmosphere with heat sealing, which allows the product to extend its conservation to be consumed in the best conditions and without having been altered by any external component
