Wild Atlantic Wakame seaweed (Undaria) from organic farming. Wakame is a thin, fibrous seaweed with an intense green color. Since ancient times it has been used in Asian cuisine, especially in Japanese cuisine and is known for its pleasant taste and culinary diversity, but above all it is well known for its remineralizing properties. Wakame provides proteins, carbohydrates, Omega-3 fatty acids, soluble fiber, vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B3, B5, folic acid and is especially rich in essential minerals such as potassium, sodium, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. It also has a high iodine content, so it is not recommended in cases of thyroid disorders.
How to use:
Once hydrated, it can multiply its volume by 5. It can be added in salads, creams, soups, stews, stuffing.
