Sweet cookie in the shape of an elongated shell imitating almonds. Due to its handmade manufacture, a unique shape is always achieved, similar to the rest of the almond cookies. Made with wholemeal spelt flour and almond flour, which gives it a contribution of dietary fiber and protein. It is sweetened with whole cane sugar.
