TASTING NOTE - FRANTOIO

Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Frantoio variety; On the nose, a complex fruity aroma of fruits, vegetables, and fresh fruits; green apple, kiwi, almond, pine nuts, arugula leaf, and cypress, with a toasted touch that brings great delicacy to the whole.

On the palate, the same olfactory progression is appreciated, sweet at the beginning where apple and kiwi reappear, in the middle it is vegetal and a balsamic finish. Elegant bitterness that distorts the balance with a mild spiciness and an almond aftertaste.
