TASTING NOTES - Hojiblanca

Extra Virgin Olive Oil of Frantoio variety; On the nose, medium-high fruity of green olive with ripe notes of fresh fruit. It highlights at the beginning the vegetable tones of artichoke, tomato, apple and green banana with hints of flowers and wild plants such as fennel, good grass and blackberry.

In the mouth it is elegant and sweet at the entrance, reminiscent of the aromas perceived in the nose. Light bitterness and spicy progressive until the end of throat. Medium structure and very balanced.
