Oscar Mestre Renaix la Passió is a young white wine from Alicante produced by Bodegas Riko Xaló with 100% Moscatel de Alejandría grapes.

White Brisado fermented and aged in raw earthenware jars, which gives it that insurrectionary, rebellious and revolutionary character. Sustainable viticulture, grapes selected and harvested by hand in 10kg boxes. Old vines in goblet and strictly unirrigated.

Ferric clay loam soils. The winemaking process begins in the field, with a clean look, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and maceration for five days with the skins and some grape skins.

Fermented in 350L Carles Llarch vats and then aged for 5 months on its fine lees. Spontaneous appearance of "velo flor" in the last month of ageing. Bottled directly from the vat, without fining or stabilisation to preserve its character.
