Young Sweet Sparkling wine partially fermented from the varieties of Jaén Blanca and Chardonnay. Harvest 2017. With elegant aromas of green apple, exotic tropical fruits (pineapple, lychee, ...) and rose petals. In the mouth it is sweet, with a touch of acidity that brings freshness and liveliness. Sparkling due to the presence of carbonic acid, which makes it more refreshing. Being young, fresh, sweet, fruity, and low in alcohol content, it is very easy to drink and pleasant on the palate.
