Stabilizing the aroma and color of the resulting blend. AGING 12 months in new French oak barrels (Allier) of 500 l OLFATORY Wide nose and intense aromas of aromatic herbs, certain balsamic and spicy notes, orange peel and citrus. GUSTATORY On the palate, we find notes of wood, herbs, and spices. Very long and original aftertaste, with intense bitter notes balanced with sweet memories.
