Pando Fino is a sherry wine made by Williams & Humbert with the Palomino variety.
First bud must from their best vineyards, cold static decanting and fermentation at 22ºC. The deslío is early, classification by fineness, fortification at 15º with the best wine distillates to obtain the traditional sobretablas
Dynamic aging takes place, classic sherry Criaderas and Soleras, where biological aging takes place under the veil of flor in traditional oak casks, for an average minimum time of 8 years and while it goes through the criaderas until it reaches the solera, from where the "saca" is made for consumption
Pando Fino Tasting Note
Wine with a very bright straw gold color. Intense and complex aroma reminiscent of "flor" for its aldehydic notes.
On the palate it is very dry, delicate but full-bodied. In the aftertaste it leaves a pleasant sensation of freshness.
