Parxet Cuvée Dessert Features:

The grapes are manually harvested and directly pressed to obtain a light maceration that provides the characteristic color and avoids the tannic taste that a longer maceration would provide. Aged in cellars for a minimum of 24 months, until reaching its fullness.

Parxet Cuvée Dessert Tasting Note:

APPEARANCE: Pink color with light ruby highlights and notes of grenadine in the background. Clean and very elegant. NOSE: Raspberry. Aromas of red fruits such as blueberries and blackberries stand out. PALATE: Full-bodied, flavorful, and very long.
