COLOR: yellowish green, with golden reflections, bright and luminous. SMELL: complexity of green and fresh fruit aromas. TASTE: great correspondence with the olfactory perception, with a soft, almost sweet entry, followed by a balanced slight spicy bitterness. Velvety and with good persistence. This is an extra virgin olive oil that has managed to captivate the palate of olive oil consumers for many campaigns, demanded by olive growers and consumers accustomed to the sweet taste of a good olive oil from Martos. This oil is produced from the second half of November, with Picual olives, surpassing the strictest controls for both the cultivation and harvesting phase, as well as for mechanical extraction and preservation.
