Pesquera Crianza - Fishery Aging

Varieties: 100% Tempranillo. Tasting note: Sight: Intense ruby red color with almost cardinal edges. Nose: Attractive aroma of ripe red fruits reminiscent of blueberries and candied plums, with notes of spices like cinnamon and cloves, and shining aromas of black licorice and coconut over a smooth and harmonious texture. Palate: Exquisite, mellow, and fruity, with tones of candied fruits reminding us of figs and Corinthian raisins. Truly exceptional wine, very concentrated on the palate. Service temperature and pairing: 16 ºC. Exceptional pairing with a good roast suckling lamb, rice dishes with game meats, gelatinous recipes such as pork or veal knuckle.
