Wine made with Garnacha tintorera and Tempranillo grapes, aged for 4 months in French and American oak barrels. It has aromas of ripe fruit, spices, notes of orange and creamy oak, with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and mature tannins. It pairs well with grilled meats, roasts, cured meats, aged cheeses, and game meats.

The harvest takes place in October, when the grapes are fully ripe and in perfect health. That is why we have chosen native varieties perfectly adapted to our area. The 600-meter altitude of our estates and their clay soils allow us to produce distinctive wines. This singularity is reflected in their freshness and their fruity character, where aging blends with varietal aromas to create delicate, elegant wines that can also age.

We are perfectionists and believe that the best wine is always yet to be made. This compels us year after year to make an effort and treat each harvest as a challenge.
