Licor Peter Heering Cherry is made from a recipe dating back to 1818. This Danish cherry liqueur is natural as it does not contain any artificial coloring or flavoring. Its creator, Peter Heering, chose to use a rare and wild variety of cherry called "poco negro Stevns". TASTING NOTES: Sight: Heering Cherry Liqueur has an intense brick red color. Nose: Intense aromas of preserved cherries, with underlying notes of almonds and herbs. Palate: Sweet, with a viscous texture and intense natural cherry flavors. The finish is long, warm, and sweet.
