Pintarré is a farm that Mr. Luis Lorite acquired, located in the vicinity of the Natural Park of Sierra Mágina, Jaén, where 1,000 mountain olive trees were housed, on a land with slopes of more than 10, with a low harvest. And from that year on, they began a crusade to "tuck in" the soil and make that farm fertile and alive again. They even planted a large number of new trees and shrubs that now protect, complement and embellish the contour of the farm.

And already from 2010 they have started to farm solely and exclusively organically and in coexistence with sheep, being certified by CAAE, AB and Bio Siegel in 2014 as organic olive groves.

They have achieved a total balance between sheep droppings and shredded pruning remains to stimulate the olive trees, also eliminating pests as there is no human action. The result: excellent harvests of exceptional quality. Their love of nature has added organic beekeeping to the farm and their honey is also of excellent quality
