Premium beef burger with black garlic (2 pcs.)

Burgers elaborated with selected pieces of our brown mountain calves: needle, rump, shoulder and brisket. A pink burger with extra juiciness seasoned with black garlic paste confit, which gives it a subtle touch with hints of black garlic and enhances its umami flavor.

A deep and special bite, thanks to the infiltrated fat of the meat cuts with which it is prepared and a slightly coarser mince.

Handmade in our own butcher's shop with grass-fed meat.
