Premium beef hamburger with onion (2 pcs.)

Burgers elaborated with selected pieces of our brown mountain calves: needle, rump, shoulder and brisket. A pink burger with extra juiciness seasoned with fried onion, which gives this burger an extra vegetal intensity with sweet notes.

A deep and special bite, thanks to the infiltrated fat from the meat cuts with which it is prepared and a slightly coarser mince.

Handmade in our own butcher's shop with grass-fed meat.
