The mineral-organic matrix present in Pro-Simbiotic combines starches, enzymes and saccharides which, in addition to serving as nutrients for the bacteria, create an ideal environment in which the stability of these bacteria is assured. The ingredients of this matrix are corn starch and maltodextrins, Inulin, potassium chloride and magnesium sulfate.
Fructooligosaccharides: It would be a prebiotic, supporting both bacteria and natural intestinal flora.
The amylase enzymes make the nutrients in the matrix available to the bacteria. This mineral matrix increases the activity of bacteria after their transit through the stomach.
