Quevall Walnut Ratafia Made by Licores Quevall, 100% natural, artisanal and locally sourced. This ratafia contains green walnuts, herbs and spices in its recipe. The maceration process lasts a minimum of 50 days, giving it a unique and very peculiar flavor, different from commercial ratafias. Malva, elderflower, nutmeg among others give it this peculiar taste. It is worth mentioning that its alcohol content is below the usual, it is at 19%, which is why the flavors of green walnuts and herbs stand out.
