Rafael Cambra Soplo is a red wine from Valencia produced by Rafael Cambra with Garnacha Tinta.

Harvesting is manual with grape selection in the vineyard and in the cellar. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks of 5000 lts. with 10% stemming, only light pumping over. Maceration at 22ºC for 12 days. Aging of 4 months in French oak barrels of 1-5 years of 225 lts. Rest of aging in concrete tanks.

Rafael Cambra is a small producer located in the interior of Valencia. His vineyards are located in the Serra de l'Ombria, 750 metres above sea level, influenced by the Mediterranean climate. He avoids as much as possible to intervene during vinification to produce authentic and fair wines.

A blend of aromas of flowers and fruits of the forest, clean, expressive and elegant. In the mouth it is medium-bodied (almost light) and reveals fine tannins and good balance. It combines freshness and tone in an easily digestible structure, with notes of black fruits and spices.
