Ramon do Casar Lento is a white wine made from Treixadura in the D.O. Ribeiro by the Ramón Do Casar winery.

This wine is made exclusively with Treixadura grapes from our own vineyards, harvested by hand at late dates in the DO Ribeiro. To achieve the desired result, the grapes must be slightly overripe. A double selection of bunches is carried out in the vineyard and on the table. During the winemaking process at the Ramón do Casar winery, this single varietal white wine has the support of the renowned oenologist Pablo Estévez.
The grapes are destemmed and crushed, then cold macerated with their skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks on the lees. Subsequently, the wine is stabilised before bottling. This Treixadura from Ribeiro reflects the work and patience dedicated to waiting for the optimum moment of maturity.
It is a limited production Galician white wine, enveloping, full of fruit and with an unmistakable natural freshness. Production is limited to 660 bottles.
