Ramon do Casar Nobre is a white wine made from Treixadura in the D.O. Ribeiro by the Ramón Do Casar winery.

Nobre is a return to the past, a tribute to their ancestors who used to make wine in wooden cellars. In this wine they seek a contribution to the classic memories, as well as wooden wines that preserve the freshness of the treixadura grape.

Ramon Do Casar Nobre Tasting Notes

APPEARANCE: Clean and bright, lemon yellow colour with olive glints.

NOSE: Intense nose, slightly ageing aromas (nutmeg, clove, butter) intertwined with delicate notes of ripe fruit.

TASTE: In the mouth it is persistent and well structured, with a perfect balance between silkiness and freshness.
