Cream of vegetables, red lentils and quinoa with linseed oil and extra virgin olive oil, cumin, ginger and a touch of fresh mint. Vegan. GLUTEN FREE. Contains Omega 3. Low in saturated fats. Combines fresh vegetables from our garden with different seeds, flaxseed oil or coconut milk to create original, tasty creams with great nutritional value

Ingredients:Cooking water, tomato 15%* red lentil 10%*, onion*, carrot*, potato*, olive oil 2%*, quinoa 2%*. coconut milk (coconut extract, water)*, salt, garlic*, linseed oil 0.6%* corn starch, paprika, cumin, ginger, white pepper, mint, acidity regulator: ascorbic acid. (*Organic farming origin).

How to use:

Shake before opening. Serve chilled or heat in pot or microwaveable container.
