Making processThe winemaking process begins in the vineyard itself, by means of different viticultural treatments with the aim of obtaining grapes with low alcohol content. This wine is made with medium maceration, then the ethyl alcohol is extracted by means of a sophisticated and highly attentive method with the product. The Red Wine Without Alcohol Win-e 0 Crianza is produced only with Tempranillo grapes, not aged and had an alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, in addition to an aging of 12 months in barrels
