Vineyards
Its 138 hectares of vineyard are located at 1,000 meters in altitude. 100% Tempranillo, with an average age of 35 years. For our Crianza, we hand-harvest our medium-aged vines (between 25 and 30 years old).
Production
The maceration and fermentation process lasted 15 days followed by malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks. Aging in oak lasted 14 months. The barrels used are American and French oak with an average age of 2 years. Subsequently, the wine was refined in the bottle for about 12 months before being released to the market.
