The Red Wine Volver Tempranillo, is a single varietal wine made from 100% Tempranillo grapes, from the Finca Los Juncares, cultivated since the 50s. This wine is produced by Bodegas Volver, with D.O. La Mancha. The winemaking is traditional: being manual and selecting the grapes from their collection. The Red Wine Volver Tempranillo goes through a malolactic fermentation in barrels and an aging of 18 months in American and French oak barrels. Estimated aging of about 8 to 10 years and great evolution in bottle.

Serve this wine at a temperature between 16º and 18º, before serving it is advisable to decant it.
