Ode to the fantastic Merenzao that populates the Ribeira Sacra, concentrated finesse and personality, expression of an Atlantic climate and schist soils.

Atlantic climate with continental influence. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels of second and third use.

MERENZAO GRAPE: Of very difficult cultivation due to its sensitivity to cryptogamic diseases, it provides exquisitely fragrant wines with delicate floral and fruity notes, low color intensity and good structure. It allows the production of exquisite wines with aptitude for aging.

Only from a unique terroir such as the Alais vineyard could be born such an excitingly different wine, where finesse, personality and intensity give rise to our Capricho.

Grapes destemmed and crushed, fermentation for about 10 days with gentle pumping over, followed by maceration for about 8 to 10 days.
