The vineyard where this wine is produced is located in Pesquera del Duero, in the Hacienda el Monasterio. It covers 78 hectares of vineyard with soils with a high concentration of limestone. The red wine Hacienda Monasterio Reserva has been aged for 16 months in French Allier oak barrels, 60% of which are new barrels.
