The extensive knowledge of the hotel and catering industry led Gonzalo Antón to conceive a wine, Izadi, which soon became one of the most appreciated wines in the world of gastronomy. In 2000, the incorporation of his son, Lalo Antón, to the company boosted marketing abroad, as well as the expansion of the company, which, under the name of Artevino, undertook the projects of Finca Villacreces (D.O. Ribera del Duero), Bodegas Vetus (D.O. Toro) and Orben (D.O.Ca. Rioja).
