RODA I RESERVA RED WINE: 0.7L bottle. Roda and Roda I are two wines that have been aged together until they reach one year of aging. It is at this point when the final blend of either wine is made. The character of Roda I is black fruit, depth, and mineral notes, a wine that flows more slowly.

Roda I red wine is made with 100% Tempranillo grape variety from vineyards over 30 years old that produce 1.5 kgs. per vine.
Fermentation takes place in oak vats with controlled temperature and then it remains for 16 months in French oak barrels. 50% new and 50% of a wine, and another 20 months in the bottle. Stabilization of Roda I is done by natural methods and clarification with egg white.
