After devatting, the wine was naturally cleaned by decanting and three rackings were made before filling French oak barrels, where it remained for eight months. Once the barrel aging was completed, the wine was filtered and bottled.
It has an alcohol content of 14%, a pH of 3.42, total acidity of 5.23 g/l and residual sugar of 2.55 g/l.
