RIOJA WINE D.O TEMPRANILLO AWARD-WINNING AZABACHE ROGUE 75 CL

The grape harvest takes place in the second half of September and the first half of October, when the grapes have reached the optimal point of phenolic ripeness. For the production of this wine, a selection of grapes is made from the plots with the best quality. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 25 and 28ºC. Automatic control of pump-overs for the extraction of aromatic compounds and color.

The estimated consumption time is two years, recommending a storage temperature of 13ºC.

Optimal serving temperature between 16 and 18ºC. It is an ideal wine to pair with white and red meats, lamb, pork or beef roasts, game, poultry, stewed meat, rice dishes, stewed legumes, mushrooms, aged and blue cheeses.
