Part of the harvest underwent whole-cluster fermentation to give the wine greater complexity and structure, and native yeasts were used to increase intensity and depth. The process ended with 11 months of aging in French oak barrels that gave birth to a balanced wine with a velvety finish that you will especially enjoy pairing with seafood risotto or tuna grillé.º
