It is a wine made from Tempranillo grapes planted in alluvial soil between 490 and 550 meters altitude both on plateau and slopes. The soils are hot which accelerates the process of the grapes while maintaining adequate acidity levels for the refreshment of the wine.
The skin of these grapes is thinner and accumulates less color load suitable for the production of rosés. After being destemmed, crushed and transferred to a tank, the grapes are cold macerated for a few hours to obtain the final color.
