Rubis Blanc Gin: founded in 1860, the Rozelieures distillery is one of the few whisky distilleries to master the entire production process. Owners-harvesters for 5 generations and distillers for over 150 years, it is in the heart of the small Lorraine village of Rozelieures, at the foot of an ancient volcano, that the Grallet-Dupic family has developed its unique know-how. The distiller grows barley in naturally rich soil, a few hundred meters from the distillery, for perfect control of the raw material. They share the same love for spirits, terroirs and know-how. From the desire to produce a spirit together comes the idea to take a new look at malt distillates. The Rubis Blanc gin is finally distilled in small Charentais stills, which gives it a profile as unique as it is perfect."Pure Malt", which is a blend of malt whiskies from different distilleries, produced exclusively from malted barley and harvested locally, allowing unique control of each step of its creation. This produces a very rare distillate between a malt whiskey and a gin.
