Salino is the personal project of the winery's winemakers, Marta and Andrés, who wanted to recover an autochthonous variety that was on the way to extinction. The name "Salino" comes from the amount of salt in the soil of the plot where the vineyard is planted, this being a determining factor in the organoleptic characteristics of the wine.

Mouth:
Fresh, aromatic and expressive, with a lively and fruity palate. With enough volume and very good and integrated acidity, make this white wine, a very balanced wine. Medium-long aftertaste, with a marked saline nuance, typical of the type of soil from which the grape comes, which helps to salivate and invites you to continue drinking
